The Pintabian Horse Registry, Inc. (PHRI) is the official registering authority for the Pintabian horse breed.

     The Pintabian Horse Registry was formed in 1992 for the purpose of providing permanent recognition of the
     Pintabian breed as a whole, as well as to recognize the efforts of the breeders and owners of these horses.

     Membership is open to any interested person. Application forms are available by writing to:  Membership 
     Application, PHRI, PO Box 360, Karlstad, MN 56732-0360.

     Application for annual membership is made in writing and is on a calendar year basis.  Membership is 
     renewable on January 1st of each year.  Lifetime membership, upon written application and payment of 
     the appropriate fee, is also available.  Membership is not transferrable.

     Annual membership fees are $20.00 per individual for United States residents and $30.00 for Foreign.
     Lifetime membership fees are $250.00 per individual for United States residents and $350.00 for 
     Foreign.  All fees are to be submitted in US currency with the Membership Application.

     It is understood that members are subject to the rules and regulations of the PHRI and it is the duty of every 
     member to do everything within their power to follow them.  The PHRI reserves the right to expell any 
     member from membership who fails to live up to these requirements.
